Flow in the Work-Place: The Science of Engagement and Optimal Productivity
August 16 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Modern Organizations are reconsidering their current traditional tools to create fulfillment and productivity at work: Conventional leadership and productivity models are at risk and alternatives such as FLOW are on the rise: Flow is the mental state in which a person is engaged in an activity where they are fully immersed with a feeling of energized focus, involvement, and success in the process of the activity.
In this panel discussion with our prestigious guest Dr. Marco Giannecchini, we will explore the impact and FLOW state: the intersection of optimal being and optimal doing.
• What are the facts, myths and science behind FLOW state?
• How can organization start implementing FLOW in the workplace and what could be the results?
• How can employees start implementing FLOW in the workplace? Can employees really love their jobs?
• How can we create rituals of FLOW and measure progress on productivity?
Marco Giannecchini is a medical doctor by training, neuroscientist (FLOW and medical expert), TED Talk speaker, entrepreneur, author/blogger, podcaster, video-photographer, YouTube creator and activist on a mission on this planet to raise human consciousness.
